Take for example these three words: in, on, and at. Their meanings and applications are incredibly similar, but use one in place of the other\u2014for example, \u201cI will be there <em>in<\/em> five o\u2019clock,\u201d\u2014and what was otherwise a grammatically flawless phrase will sound awkward and unnatural to native speakers.<\/p>\n<p>Luckily, our newest Lesson of the Week: \u201cIn, On, At,\u201d contributed by an Indonesia ETA, helps to differentiate these prepositions through a clear presentation on their usage in relation to time and location. To practice and help solidify their understanding of the concepts covered in the lesson, students complete a drawing and labeling activity.
